We will email you back with a full total including the postage and packing costs, this will also list your payment options. Please do not forward any payment until you receive our full costs with p&p. Goods in stock will be dispatched upon receipt of payment in full.
We accept IMO,s in Sterling (GBP) and Cheques drawn on a UK Bank made payable to Armorpax or you can pay by credit card with Paypal using sales@armorpax.com We also accept direct bank transfers. If you wish to use this method please confirm this in your email and we will provide the relevant details with your order total.
We carry a limited Stock of all items which subject to demand may need to be cast to order, please allow 28 days for dispatch although many orders are shipped upon receipt of full payment. Please read our terms and conditions before placing any order.
New items will be added as they become available. We reserve the right to change prices and details without prior notification. Many of our parts are scale replacements for non scale parts so modifications to the base model may be required. When we make a full set of parts to suit a commercial kit we have purchased, and used as the base model, we cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer then modifies the kit or changes the design.
Important notes for new customers regarding ordering and genuine parts:
In the past we have always tried to get all parts cast and ready for orders before requesting payment. Unfortunately there has been a large rise in order requests that when ready do not get paid for. Because of this if you have never ordered from us before we may request you make payment for the parts value of an order before we commence casting or ordering bought in parts. Your order could then take up to 3 weeks (Photo etched parts can take upto 6 weeks) to get ready once payment has been received. Once the order is ready we would request the shipping costs and the order would despatch upon receipt. Returning customers will not be affected. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but trust you will understand.
To ensure you get a genuine first generation Armorpax casting we suggest you only buy parts directly from us or from one of the trusted vendors listed on our links page. We have close links with Panzerwerk in the US who produce certain of our items in resin with our permission. Our two companies work very closely together and we in turn offer some of their items in metal. Be aware that if you buy unauthorised copies we firstly cannot guarantee the quality of the parts you will get and furthermore you will receive no after sales support from Armorpax, even if the vendor claims it is an Armorpax product or designed by us.
